Being a mortgage broker for 23 years has given me a well-rounded variety of experience. More than just another broker, I provide investment property strategies, goal-oriented credit planning, and strategic wealth diversification. I am well versed in FHA, VA, USDA, and all conforming loans. My attention to detail, paired with outstanding communication, has given me an edge over my competitors. I strive to give all my clients clear and direct answers in a way that leaves them assured rather than guessing. My approach is simple: treat others with respect and kindness; be truthful and sincere. My hope is to gain clients for life.

Bryon Land

Attorney at Law

Bryon focuses his practice on business and corporate law, with an emphasis on state and federal taxation. He advises clients on business sales and acquisitions, executive compensation, entity formation, individual and entity taxation, and estate planning for individuals and business owners. In addition, he frequently represents taxpayers and businesses in disputes with the Internal Revenue Service and state taxing agencies.

Bryon is a member of the Eugene-Springfield Tax Association and the Eugene Estate Planning Council. He previously served as an executive committee member of the Business Law and Taxation sections of the Oregon State Bar.

Bryon holds an LLM degree in taxation from the University of Florida, where he graduated with high honors and was a graduate editor of the University of Florida Tax Review. Bryon earned a bachelor’s degree in economics cum laude from Willamette University and graduated magna cum laude from Willamette University College of Law, where he served as the associate editor of the Willamette Law Review.  

He is admitted to practice in Oregon.

Mitch Hagstrom

Retired, Banking Services

A career banker, Mitch started with Pacific Continental in 1988. He earned a bachelor’s degree in both political science and economics from Southern Oregon University. He also graduated from the Northwest Intermediate Banking School at the University of Portland, as well as the Graduate School of Banking in Madison, Wisconsin. Mitch volunteers his time and expertise with a variety of local social service and civic organizations. He served as president of the Eugene Southtowne Rotary Club. A sports enthusiast, Mitch enjoys anything having to do with athletic competition—especially playing golf and organizing fantasy football leagues. He also wrote a weekly leadership blog at musingswithmitch.com.

Mitch managed a team of business banking professionals from Eugene to Seattle, charging them with the task of caring for and assisting business owners in managing the financial operations and efficiencies.

He is currently retired but still consults banks in operational and culture building. He lives with his wife, Rachelle, in Eugene and part-time in Arizona, soaking up the sunshine.

Milton Oilar is a former Grubb & Ellis Rookie of the Year in the Portland, Oregon, office. He has been active in the Eugene market since 1998, representing a private commercial real estate developer/landlord. Milton is experienced in all facets of real estate, including investment, sales, leasing, and representing buyers, lessees, and owners of all property types.
